Residential Care

Our Residential Care

One of the hardest decisions to make as you get older is about your future care and knowing when you may need a little extra help. Taking that first step and accepting a little extra help can mark the start of a whole new and rewarding chapter in your life, often with an improved and enriched quality of life.

At Woking Homes our ‘person centred’ approach to care ensures that your needs, choices and preferences are retained through our assessment and care planning processes, in which you would be fully involved.
Our carers respect and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all residents within a warm caring atmosphere. In so doing, they are sensitive to residents’ ever-changing needs which may be medical/therapeutic (for physical and mental welfare), cultural, psychological, spiritual, emotional or social.

Woking Homes is registered with the Care Quality Commission for providing care for up to 51 people aged 65 or over, some of whom are living with dementia or complex needs such as Parkinson’s disease or diabetes.

So whether you need assistance with all aspects of daily living or you are just finding it increasingly difficult to cope with the upkeep of your home and all the worry that goes with it, then call us or come and visit us to see what we can offer.

We are always happy to help.

Residential fees range on average from £858 to £1,239 per week.
